What does LeadForce Talent do?
It finds candidates for your role, contacts them by email and LinkedIn, and hands you the ones who replied with interest. You pay for those interview-ready candidates, not for access to a database or for seats.
Who sends the outreach to candidates?
LeadForce does, from its own verified LinkedIn accounts and email mailboxes that our team operates. Messages are never sent from your domain or your personal LinkedIn. Your company is not shown as the sender, so confidential searches stay confidential, and you decide when to reveal the client to an interested candidate.
How is screening done?
AI scores every profile against your full job description, not a keyword list. Candidates who match get a personal message. A candidate counts as interview-ready only when they match the role and reply confirming interest in that specific role. People who decline, ask to be contacted later or reply off-topic are not counted. There are no AI interviews and no video screening.
How big is the candidate database?
We search 780M+ public professional profiles.
How much does it cost?
From $49/month for 10 interview-ready candidates. Pro is $149/month for 30, Managed is $249/month for 100 with our team running the work, and Custom covers 100+. The 7-day trial is free and includes up to 5 interview-ready candidates. There is no percentage of salary, no placement fee and no long-term contract.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional and gives 20% off.
Which ATS does it integrate with?
Any ATS that integrates with Zapier. We do not claim a list of native integrations.
Can using LeadForce get my LinkedIn account banned?
No, because your LinkedIn account is not used. Outreach goes from LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes that LeadForce operates and warms up. Each account stays within conservative daily limits (around 50 connection requests a day), messages are not sent at weekends, and nobody is contacted twice within 30 days. If an account has a problem, it is our operational issue, not yours.
Why is Managed only $249 a month? Isn't that too cheap?
Because you are not paying for a person's hours. Search, scoring, messaging and reply sorting are automated, and the email and LinkedIn infrastructure is run centrally for all clients, so the cost of one more candidate is mostly data and compute. Our team supervises the queues and handles the replies. An in-house sourcer costs around $6,500 a month and an agency typically charges 15–25% of first-year salary per hire. That gap is the reason the product exists.
What results should I expect?
In the first week of Simple mode across 11 live roles we delivered 71 interview-ready candidates: a median of about 6 per role, roughly 23 contacts per interview-ready candidate, and 55% of replies were interview-ready. Results depend on the role, salary and location. LeadForce works best for remote, digital and IT roles with market-rate pay; very niche or highly localized roles get fewer candidates.
How fast will I see candidates?
Outreach starts the same working day you press Start. First interview-ready candidates usually arrive in 48–72 hours, or 24–48 hours on Managed.
Where is my data stored and is it GDPR compliant?
Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU. You stay the data controller and LeadForce acts as the processor. Candidates are contacted on a legitimate-interest basis with an opt-out in every message. Details are on the Security page.

No. LeadForce Talent is not affiliated with LeadForce Solutions, leadforce.info or LeadsForce. They are separate companies with similar names.
